Heaven help us!! I just watched a video of young people at a college all stating how great it would be to have Hillary Clinton as the next president - - - because she's a woman!!!  Are you kidding me?  You would spend the precious vote our ancestors fought and died for to select a candidate based on GENDER?????

That is as STUPID as voting for a candidate based on SKIN COLOR, or RELIGION, or LOOKS - - - seriously is there anyone out there anymore that actually cares about the COUNTRY - - - we're on the slipper slope to oblivion just like Rome and the Mayan culture before us - - - they too were riddled with greed, immoral and unethical leaders, a population of takers and outrageous spending that was incapable of being sustained.......now we see the rise of more Hitler, Stalin style leadership with government trying to gain control of every aspect of our lives....

These are scary times in the kingdom - I hope people wake up before it's too late......

Listened to the news  -  two stations - big mistake - - - Feel like the Statue of Liberty - symbol of strength and welcome and hope has been a victim of the "hitting game" - she's battered and broken - nose is broken, gown is torn - and her citizens turn their heads aside as they pass by her......all it takes is one hand reaching out to help her up, straighten her crown, sew her gown align her nose......but I fear we have not learned the lessons left from the past . . . we huddle and talk - we see it happening but can't believe that this is really happening in the U.S. we grew up in. We've seen what happens when citizens through fear or denial stand frozen in place and make no outcry - and we know where it leads - annihilation .....

Do you not think the people in all those instances in the past thought there has to be some mistake - this can't really be happening?  After all - we're all human, right?  Human's can't be that ruthless, heartless, sick....... but all too often it is true.

This administration ..... I keep trying to find an excuse .... I just can't understand.  WHY would ANYONE want to change a government that DID WORK into one that has been proven time after time after time in country after country that SOCIALISM does not work?!?!?!  Socialism could ONLY work if every single citizen believed and participated wholeheartedly.  And we've had generations of citizens who have come to believe they have the right to take all that is offered and demand more with no regard for the other citizens that have to put their hopes and dreams on hold as they try to cope with ever increasing costs and taxes to pay for those without gainful employment.

I don't understand the mind set that believes that "big brother" must be the safety net and protect all of us because NONE of us are wise enough to think for ourselves . . . . obviously those folks in Washington making all the rules have never actually participated in the care and guidance of their young - any sensible parent knows that if you never let go of your child's hand they'll never walk alone......why would you want to limit your citizens in such a way?

I am sickened as I watch the once great United States of America huddle in pain...unable somehow to see a way out........
